Gray salt of Guérande

Produced in the gray clay salt pans of the French Atlantic coast, it is a whole salt that is formed by evaporation through the action of the sun and wind.
Harvested in an artisanal way according to the ancient Celtic method, which involves the use of wooden, not metal tools, so as not to contaminate its purity.
It contains about 80 minerals, including: magnesium, calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus...
